Founded by devious master with his "good pal" the licker because he is absolutely devious. Nothing more to it. They made their money by performing heists. (or devious licks as they like to call them) The licker has been theorized to be 3 people at once. It's been unclear how he accomplishes this. In more modern times, they perform more petty crimes. From spreading misinformation to vandalism they may not be enveloping Shmooblesworld in terror but they sure aren't at ease. We dont know who evil deward is. Updates soon.
